We also appreciate that they plant an oak tree for every bottle they sell. Emerald Giant is an Indiana style rye. On the palate, it gives a hint of honey and orange peel before becoming peppery with a lingering cinnamon finish. Age NAS (3 5 year blend) Mash Bill 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley Proof 90 45% ABV
